Family Holiday Closure & Delays
All orders placed between Wednesday 5th September and midnight on Wednesday 19th September will be put in the post on Monday 24th September. This includes any of the ‘ready to post’ and Personalised orders. We will be away from the workshop during this time having a much needed family holiday, but will be allowing orders to come through to be made and posted immediately upon our return. Thank you for your understanding.
When will my order be finished and put in the post?
All personalised products will be placed in the post on a specific mail out date according to when your order was placed. These dates are very specific, so please read the following information carefully. If you’d like a product sooner, you may want to consider purchasing from the ‘ready to post’ Dummy Clips and products instead. If your order contains any Personalised product, the whole parcel will be posted in the specific date. Please place separate orders to receive non Personalised products sooner.
See the information below for postage dates that relate to your order choice:
*** All ‘Ready to Post’ Dummy clips and any of our other products outside of the personalised range, will be posted within 1-3 days of receiving your order.
*** All personalised orders placed between Wednesday 15th August and midnight on Tuesday August 28th will be put in the post on Friday August 31st AEST.
*** All Personalised orders placed between Wednesday 29th August and midnight on Tuesday 4th September will be placed in the mail on Wednesday 5th September.
How is it posted, when will it get to me and can I track it?
We use Australia Post (AUS Post) to mail all of our products within the appropriate sized envelope or bag. The ‘Flat Rate’ option is the cheapest option BUT it CANNOT be tracked and it may be at more risk of becoming lost or misplaced by Australia Post once we mail it out.
If you prefer to have the ability to track its whereabouts, please upgrade your postage options to either Registered Post or Express Post. This can be selected at check-out, only available within Australia.
If you need your product in a hurry, contact us prior to purchase to discuss when we can have it made and ready for posting, and the ‘Express’ postage option may be the best option for you. This can be selected at check-out, only available within Australia. Express post parcels take 24-48 hours to receive once they are put in the post box. Choosing express post does not mean we will make your order faster.
We are not responsible for any lost mail or packages and will not issue a replacement or refund, so it’s in your best interest to pay the slightly higher shipping cost. Mail has known to become lost buy Aus post, this is something that is out of our control once we post it.
You will receive an email notifying you your product has been shipped the day before we take it to Australia Post. Please provide us with your correct contact details to ensure you receive all notifications.
Once we put it in the post, it may take up to 7 business days to be delivered to you, under Australia Posts delivery system. We cannot contol the time it takes for Australia post to deliver it.
All international orders have varying shipping costs determined by the county you live in as per Aus post costs. International orders are also mailed under the cheaper ‘Flat Rate’ post option. Please contact us prior if you wish to arrange for ‘Registered’ track-able delivery or ‘Express’ postage at an extra cost. This cost is usually $33AUD for most countries.
Once your Country receives the parcel from Australia Post, it uses its own postal service to deliver it to you. There is a risk for mail to become lost or misplaced by any company handling your product. But Track-able parcels have less chance of becoming lost.
Delivery time varies from Country to Country and may take between 2-8 weeks to receive your product.
We are not responsible for any lost mail or packages and will not issue replacements or refunds of these products.
Special announcement for Saudi Arabia and UAE customers:
Due to consistent issues with lost mail in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, we now only offer the registered post option for $33AUD. If your order is sent via International registered post, we will contact you via email with the tracking number. It is then up to you to track the items whereabouts. If you do not collect your Items immediately, the postal service in your country may treat the item as abandoned and will either be destroyed or sent back to Australia. We will not provide any refunds or repost it if this occurs. So please keep regular check on the tracking of your items.
