When will my order be finished and put in the post?
All products will be placed in the post on a specific mail out date according to when your order was placed. These dates are very specific, so please read the following information carefully. If you’d like a product sooner, you may want to consider purchasing a product that is not personalised. If your order contains any Personalised product, the whole parcel will be posted on the specific personalised order date. Please place separate orders to receive non Personalised products sooner. Personalised products include those that have a name or a letter of the alphabet as part of the product.
Please read the EXACT mail out date for your Personalised order, based on your order date at the very end of this shipping page. This shows the postage dates from now till February 2019.
All other NON personalised products will be posted every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Your order and payment must be recieved by 5pm the day before to be included in these set mail out dates.
How is it posted, when will it get to me and can I track it?
We mail all of our products within the appropriate sized envelope, box or bag. The postage price includes shipping and handling and packaging costs.
Each parcel posted within Australia can be tracked, so you have peace of mind when purchasing from our store.
If you need your product in a hurry, contact us prior to purchase to discuss when we can have it made and ready for posting, and the ‘Express’ postage option may be the best option for you. This can be selected at check-out, only available within Australia. Express post parcels take 24-48 hours to receive once they are put in the post box. Choosing express post does not alsways mean we will make your order faster, it means it will be delivered faster by Aus Post. All personalised products will still be posted on the set mailing dates shown below at the end of this page.
Occassionally customers mail has become lost buy Aus post or courier services or has been taken from their letterbox once delievered. We are not responsible for any lost packages and will not issue a replacement or refund. Please ensure the address you provide is a safe one and is easy for Aus Post and couriers to find.
You will receive an email notifying you your product has been completed the day before we mail it. Please provide us with your correct contact details to ensure you receive all notifications.
Once we put it in the post, it may take up to 7 business days to be delivered to you. We cannot contol the time it takes for it to be delivered. Express post takes between 24-48hrs.
All international orders have varying shipping costs determined by the county you live in as per Aus post and courier costs. International customers have the option to chose ‘Post with Tracking’ or ‘Post Without Tracking’.
Please choose your option carefully as we are not responsible for any lost packages and will not issue replacements or refunds of these products. We strongly urge you choose the ‘Post with Tracking’ option. We understand this is a high delivery cost, but the cost of your products becoming lost will be far greater!
Post with Tracking allows you to see its whereabouts while in transit. We will provide you with the tracking number and then it will be up to you to keep track of it. If yor mailing service has attempted to deliver it and no-one was home, they may send it back to us or treat it as abandonned. So please track your item closely and collect it immediately if there has been a failed delivery attempt.
Post without Tracking cannot be tracked at all and is at more risk of becomming lost.
Once your Country receives the parcel from Australia Post or Australian couriers, it uses its own postal service to deliver it to you. There is a risk for mail to become lost or misplaced by any company handling your product. But Post with Tracking has less chance of becoming lost.
Delivery time varies from Country to Country and it may take between 2-8 weeks to receive your order.
Again, we are not responsible for any lost mail or packages and will not issue replacements or refunds of these products.
Special announcement for customers in Saudi Arabia, UAE and all Middle Eastern Countries:
Due to consistent issues with lost mail in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, we now only offer the Post with Tracking option for $36AUD for the smallest parcel size. After your order is posted, we will contact you via email with the tracking number. It is then up to you to track the items whereabouts. If you do not collect your Items immediately, the postal service in your country may treat the item as abandoned and will either be destroyed or sent back to Australia. We will not provide any refunds or repost it if this occurs. So please keep regular check on the tracking of your items.

*** All Personalised orders placed between 5pm Monday 14 th January and 5pm Monday 28th January AEDT, will be put in the post on Wednesday 30th January.
*** All Personalised orders placed between 5pm Monday 28st January and 5pm Monday 4th February AEDT, will be put in the post on Wednesday 6th February.
