Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

If your order is incorrect or if your items have arrived damaged, please let us know within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please have the parcel on hand so we can assess the parcel and make a claim through Australia Post if needed. 

We will make arrangements to replace the incorrect items at no expense to you.

Damaged items will be replaced or refunded, only if it has been deemed the damage was caused by delivery mishandling. All Items are posted in working order and do not leave our store damaged.

We are unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind, so please ensure you order carefully.

Please ensure you double check your order prior to paying for it as we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds on any dummy purchases once dispatched. Make sure you have chosen the correct dummy size and colour and we have a firm no return policy for dummies due to health and safety reasons.

CLOTHING

Please ensure you read the size information relating to the clothing article, this is found in the details/ description for that product.

Our Little Helpers will offer an exchange for clothing if the size was incorrect, but the shipping cost to return the original product and post the new product to you will be at your expense.
