 Our Location

We are located in Highton, Geelong – a suburb of Victoria, Australia. We ship both nationally & internationally via Australia Post.

Local pick up

We offer local pickup from our Highton address. Choose the ‘Local Pickup’ option at checkout. On the day your order is ready, we will send you an SMS with the pickup address. Please note that pickup is available on Tuesdays for personalized orders and on Tuesdays and Fridays for non-personalized orders. Pick up time is between 10am-1pm. We may be able to make other pick up arrangements for those unable to pick up at those times.

Dispatch times

There are two set mail out days each week on Tuesday and Friday.

We create and post personalized orders with names on products every Tuesday.

We post all non-personalized orders on Tuesdays and Fridays.

To have your order included in these mail out days, we will need to receive your order by midday the day prior. 

Tracking & Delivery Times

Tracking information will be sent via Australia Post. You will need to have a My Post account set up online.

Please provide the same phone number and email address listed on your MyPost account when placing your order with us.

Unexpected delivery delays may occasionally occur. Delivery companies provide estimated shipping times, which may vary by location.

We have no control over the shipment once your order leaves our store. Our postcode to enter is 3216.

Return To Sender

It is the responsibility of the customer to submit and confirm their correct address before completing the checkout process.

If a delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us due to customer error or failure to retrieve it from a collection point, we will contact you with re-shipment options at their expense.

International orders

International shipping costs are currently high. We ship to all countries available on the Aus Post network. You can view the shipping cost at checkout according to the products you have in your cart. If you decide not to order based on the shipping cost you can cancel the order at this stage.

We cannot control delays caused by Australia Post or the receiving country’s shipping company and are not responsible for them.

International Tax

Please note some countries will incur international taxes and it is the customers responsibility to explore what this may be and pay these if any occur. It is the customers responsibility to track the parcel at all stages and we are not responsible to parcel returns. Re- delivery will incur the original shipping fee. 

Please note, all orders for the Beloved Child Drink Bottles & Vanchi Nappy bags will be posted separately by that company & the delivery service of their choice, therefore their processing times and shipping dates will vary to our own. We cannot offer Express Post on these products.
