If your order is incorrect or if your items have arrived damaged, please let us know within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please have the parcel on hand so we can assess the parcel and make a claim through Australia Post if needed.
We will make arrangements to replace the incorrect items at no expense to you.
If items have been in use then we are unable to accept returns on used items.
Damaged items will be replaced or refunded, only if it has been deemed the damage was caused by delivery mishandling. All Items are posted in working order and do not leave our store damaged.
We are unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind, so please ensure you order carefully.
LOST PARCELS / UNCLAIMED PARCELS
We do not refund if the incorrect shipping address is given by the customer. Also, if the item is returned to sender, we will charge the customer again for the initial shipping costs.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.
In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made prior to the order being processed. Where possible we will accommodate address change requests.
Our Little Helpers takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
Please ensure you double check your order prior to paying for it as we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds on any dummy purchases once dispatched. Make sure you have chosen the correct dummy size and colour and we have a firm no return policy for dummies due to health and safety reasons.
