For customers who live in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS- To receive your order in time for Christmas, you must have placed your order by Wednesday 18th. You must also select EXPRESS POST!
For customers who live in NT & WA- To receive your order in time for Christmas, you must have placed your order by Sun 15th December. You must also select EXPRESS POST!
These guidelines are provided by Australia Post. As we all know, unforeseen issues can still arise with delivery and this is out of our control.

Location
We are located in Highton, Geelong – a suburb of Victoria, Australia. We ship both nationally & internationally via Australia Post.
Local pickup
We offer local pickup from our Highton address. Choose the ‘Local Pickup’ option at checkout. On the day your order is made you will receive an sms with the pick up address. Please note pick up is offered on Tuesdays for personalised orders and Tuesdays and Fridays for non personalised orders. Pick up time is between 10am-1pm. We may be able to make other pick up arrangements for those unable to pick up at those times.
Dispatch times
We have two set mail out days each week on Tuesday and Friday.
Personalised orders with names on products will be made and posted every Tuesday.
All non personalised orders will be posted Tuesday and Friday.
To have your order included in these mail out days, we will need to receive your order by midday the day prior.
Tracking & Delivery Times
Tracking information will be sent via Australia Post. You will need to have a My Post account set up online. This can be done via this link: https://auspost.com.au/receiving/mypost
Ensure you provide the same phone number & email address that’s listed on your MyPost account when you place your order with us.
From time to time there can be unexpected delivery delays. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the delivery companies, and may vary depending on locations. We have no control over the shipment once your order leaves our store.

Return To Sender
It is the responsibility of the customer to submit and confirm their correct address before completing the checkout process. If the delivery is unsuccessful and parcel is returned to sender (RTS) due to customer error or failure to retrieve from a collection point, we will contact the customer with options for re-shipment at their expense.
International orders
International shipping costs are currently high. We ship to all countries available on the Aus Post network. You can view the shipping cost at checkout according to the products you have in your cart. If you decide not to order based on the shipping cost you can cancel the order at this stage. Any delays caused by Australia Post or the receiving countries shipping company are outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays. Please note some countries will incur international taxes and it is the customers responsibility to explore what this may be and pay these if any occur. If for some reason your countries shipping company has attempted to deliver your parcel and you have not been able to receive or collect it, it may be sent back to us. It is the customers responsibility to track the parcel at all stages and we are not responsible to parcel returns. Re- delivery will incur the original shipping fee.
Please note, all orders for the Beloved Child Drink Bottles, Vanchi Nappy bags & My Little wardrobe clothing will be posted separately by that company & the delivery service of their choice, therefore their processing times and shipping dates will vary to our own. We cannot offer Express Post on these products.
