When will my order be finished and put in the post?

¬†All products will be placed in the post on a specific mail out date according to when your order was placed. These dates are very specific, so please read the following information carefully. If you’d like a product sooner, you may want to consider purchasing a product that is not personalised. If your order contains any Personalised product, the whole parcel will be posted on the specific personalised order date. Please place separate orders to receive non Personalised products sooner. Personalised products include those that have a name or a letter of the alphabet as part of the product.

If you have ordered a product on back order, your entire parcel will be posted when we receive the stock. If you would like any other products sooner, please place two separate orders.

Please read the EXACT mail out date for your Personalised order, based on your order date at the very end of this shipping page. This shows the postage dates from now till the end of the month.

All other NON personalised products will be posted every Tuesday and Friday. Your order and payment must be received by 11am the day before to be included in these set mail out dates.

Do You offer local pick up?

Yes! We now offer pick up on Tuesdays and Fridays between 10am-12 noon from our address in Highton, Geelong, VIC. You will receive an sms to let you know your order is ready for pick up. Your order will still be made as per the set dates but instead of it going to the post office, you will pick it up. Please only choose the local pick up option if you can pick it up on these days and times. If you can’t we will request payment for shipping costs and it will be posted.

How is it posted, when will it get to me and can I track it?

We mail all of our products within the appropriate sized envelope, box or bag. Australia post then deliver it within their estimated time frames. The postage price includes shipping and handling and packaging costs. All of our packaging used can be either recycled or is biodegradable in a home compost, that’s something we are pretty proud of!

Each parcel posted within Australia can be tracked, so you can track its location and delivery. Tracking numbers are emailed at your request.

Express post parcels take 24-48 business hours to receive once they are put in the post box. Choosing express post does not mean we will make your order faster, it means it will be delivered faster by Aus Post.

The Registered parcel option can take up to 7 business days for Aus post to deliver it.

Occasionally customers mail has become lost by Aus post or the courier services or has been taken from their letterbox or front door once delivered. We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages and will not issue a replacement or refund. Please ensure the address you provide is a safe one and is easy for Aus Post to find. If your parcel has become lost in transit, you will need to contact Australia post to open an investigation and request a refund from them. If you don’t agree with our small business policy of no refunds or replacements of lost packages, please do not place your order with us.

You will receive an email from us notifying you your product has been made and posted on the mail out day. Please provide us with your correct contact details to ensure you receive all notifications.

It is then up to you to track your own parcel using the tracking number with the company that is delivering it if you have requested the tracking number. We simply cannot track every parcel we send.

Once we put it in the post, it may take up to 7 business days to be delivered to you. We cannot control the time it takes for it to be delivered. Express post takes between 24-48hrs.

International Post:

All international orders have varying shipping costs determined by the county you live in as per Aus post and courier costs. International customers have the option to chose ‘Post with Tracking’ or ‘Post Without Tracking’.

Please choose your option carefully as we are not responsible for any lost packages and will not issue replacements or refunds of these products. We strongly urge you choose the ‘Post with Tracking’ option. We understand this is a high delivery cost, but the cost of your products becoming lost will be far greater without it! If you don’t agree with our small business policy of no refunds or replacements of lost packages, please do not place your order with us.

Post with Tracking allows you to see its whereabouts while in transit. We will provide you with the tracking number and then it will be up to you to keep track of it. If your mailing service has attempted to deliver it and no-one was home, they may send it back to us or treat it as abandoned. So please track your item closely and collect it immediately if there has been a failed delivery attempt.

Post without Tracking cannot be tracked at all and is at more risk of becoming lost.

Once your Country receives the parcel from Australia Post or Australian couriers, it uses its own postal service to deliver it to you. There is a risk for mail to become lost or misplaced by any company handling your product. But Post with Tracking has less chance of becoming lost.

Delivery time varies from Country to Country and it may take between 2-8 weeks to receive your order.

If you chose to have yours tracked, It is up to you to track your own parcel using the tracking number with the company that is delivering it. We simply cannot track every parcel we send.

Again, we are not responsible for any lost mail or packages and will not issue replacements or refunds of these products.

Special announcement for customers in Saudi Arabia, UAE and all Middle Eastern Countries:

Due to consistent issues with lost mail in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, we now only offer the Post with Tracking option for $36AUD for the smallest parcel size. After your order is posted, we will contact you via email with the tracking number. It is then up to you to track the items whereabouts. If you do not collect your Items immediately, the postal service in your country may treat the item as abandoned and will either be destroyed or sent back to Australia. We will not provide any refunds or re-post it if this occurs. So please keep regular check on the tracking of your items.
